Redirection of my Subdomain URL

I cant create any sudomains on my host. All index fils redirect me to the index on the root .. why and how to solve it

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about a redirect issue with subdomains. I recommend reviewing the coding of the .htaccess file in your /public_html folder.

In my tests, I renamed your .htaccess file and the test subdomainn I created began resolving successfully.
