Hello pona1, I'm sorry you had trouble installing Drupal through Fantastico. At the end of that error message, there was most likely a reference to the .htaccess file. This file is hidden by default and in order to view hidden files in File Manager, select "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)" when clicking on the File Manager icon on the cPanel home page. I've removed the .htaccess file for you and you should be able to install Drupal through Fantastico now. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.
