Unable to access Drupal dashboard
When I try to enter my Drupal dashboard, I get the following error message:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error message
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user '#username#'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/#drupalpath#/includes/lock.inc).
I have replaced some of the text between the ## for confidentiality. Please advise what is causing the problem, and what I can do to gain access again? I am still able to access the database through myPHPadmin, hence I do not think it is a password problem.

Hello, If you are certain the database credentials are correct for your Drupal connection, please try and run a check and repair on the database. This may take care of the issue. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
