Hello AttyScott,

Thank you for your question. As a webhost, we host your website on our servers so that it is accessible to the world via the internet.

After purchasing a domain name, the next step is uploading your site to a server, we maintain the servers for you. The only alternative, would be hosting your website from your own servers, which you would have to purchase, setup, update and monitor, or hire system administrators for.

So you are responsible for your actual website files, while we maintain the equipment that your files reside on.

We can also help guide you with our 24/7 support in America.

They are available 24/7 via:

Thank you,
