no-reply Mail Delivery Failed then Infinity return mails
Hello,
I create and auto reply to our company info email, and unfortunately one of the websites send us an email, so the auto-reply triggered. but this email was set only to send not to receive. so we are stuck with this, each day we got 24 emails saying that there is a return mail delivery error. it is not a spam issue,, the whole case is about an "no-reply@######" email which can't accept emails only for submitting.
Please provide any help.

Hello, What you are describing is not really a malfunction. Auto reply emails will reply to anything that triggers them, even no-reply emails. And if they fail, then you will receive a notification that it did not work. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
