Can not receive email

Hi guys! I have set up my email accounts and successfully sent an email to my personal address, yet when I reply the email bounces back with "550 No Such User Here". I have 2 other accounts with you and followed the same process without any errors - can you please let me know what is happening here? Thanks! Kevin
