email blocked from specific client

I have a client, using an email address I set up through WeHostingHub. The emails are not coming in from a particular client (client H). She is getting emails and sending emails with no problems to everyone except for Client H. When client H tries to email her, it bounces back with a message "Said it was bad destination or host"

Thank you for your question. We have an article that explains what to do if an email is returned. Essentially there are many reasons an email can bounce, and they must be handled on a case-by-case basis.

I looked up the error and it is somewhat vague, so we need to review the entire bounce message. You can forward bounced emails to Live support at: for review in the future, which creates a ticket.

We will email you back with a resolution after reviewing the email.
