My clients website was experiencing trouble for the last few weeks with emails being sent through the site. All emails sent are either going to junk mail folders or being denied altogether by the receiving server. I was made aware of the outgoing mail server issue after a previous support ticket. However, my client just contacted me again to say the problem is still happening. I set up all the email authentication setting on the cpanel as well for the hosting account. Is there anyway that the previous mail server problem is still affecting the site? And what can I do to fix it?
