Is my email server IMAP or Exchange?

I'm trying to get Microsoft Outlook to work with my email account through Web Hosting Hub. It's not working, and I need to know what to tell them that will assist them in helping me set it up.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about setting up your outlook email client. You can use IMAP or POP3 to connect. IMAP is generally the best choice. I have included a guide on how to find your email settings below.
