moving to Black list problem

hello when I mark items as blacklist it can often take over 20 min for the files to move if they do at all. any ideas to speed this up please

Thanks for submitting a question moving items to a blacklist. Do you have any further information about what you're trying to do? What kinds of items are you moving? Where is this happening? Is the problem replicable?
