You're hosting my domain "stelagenomics.com", so far I've been using roundcube a my mail, but I like to switch to gmail. How do I do?

Thanks for the question! It depends on what you mean by "switch". If you want to use Google to VIEW your email, we have a tutorial that should help with that: Setting up Gmail to view your email.

If you are intending to use Google as your email server (you would need to have a Google Apps account), then you can use the information provided by Google here.
