I need help putting a contact form into my website? I am getting a message from winzip that the file I have downloaded is corrupt? Has anyone put a contact form into their site and how did they do it>

Hello Levanssupport,

You can use FormMail if you're building your site from scratch. If you're using a program like Wordpress or Joomla, checkout the modules/extensions/plugins for making forms. I'll give you a link that will walk you through the options I listed above:
