Hello alanrabello,

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting via FTP. Since your domain is not yet pointed to us, please make sure you are using either your server name or shared IP address as the host name in your FTP program. You will also want to double check your FTP Username and Password. Please note, you can use your cPanel user name and password for FTP as well. You can also reset your cPanel password through AMP if you need to. For more details on using FTP, please see our FTP Getting Started Guide.

If the above steps do not help to resolve the FTP connection issue, please feel free to run a ping/trace test to test your connection to the server. Please make sure that you ping and trace to the host name you are using in your FTP program. You can then email the results to us at support@webhostinghub.com for further review.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
