Hello RobertU,

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting to the server via FTP. A 530 error indicates that something is incorrect in the FTP credentials being used to connect to the server. Please check your settings as follows:

FTP host:yourdomain.com (replace with your actual domain name) or your server name
FTP Username:Your cPanel username
FTP Password:Your cPanel password
Port:21

Please note, SFTP connections are not supported on our servers (SFTP requires SSH access).

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
