I'm trying to start my website but when I upload from file manager, I receive this error:

C:\fakepath\cust_headerImg.jpg: unknown Bytes complete FAILED! : Unknown error or disk quota exceeded.

Since I just begun, it cannot be disk quota. Is this something on my end?

Randy

Hello RandyVG,

I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading files in the cPanel File Manager. Are you using Internet Explorer when you receive this error? There is an issue which has been identified between Internet Explorer 9 and some versions of cPanel. Until cPanel can be updated to resolve this issue, please try uploading with either a different browser (Firefox or Chrome for example) or the Legacy File Manager in cPanel.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
