Can´t change php memory limit

I have change all the php.ini files that I found and even created new ones but I can´t run a magento command in the console, always get the memory limit exceeded error

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding issues changing your PHP memory limit. Making your php.ini file recursive can often correct this type of issue. This allows the rules to affect child folders.

I also recommend creating a PHP info page to verify the changes are taking effect.
