Can't install SVN Manager

When I try to install SVN Manager through softalicious, I get this error

The following errors were found :
The htpassword file does not exist.

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding issues installing SVN Manager. Unfortunately, this software has requirements that are not available on a shared server setting, such as yours.

Alternately, you can often use "git" to accomplish the same goals.
