How do I make my site live?

I'm just about to make my site live but I can't find where to do so. Will it be easy to make changes ongoing? How will I switch back and forth from live and making changes?

Hello,

Thank you for your question about publishing your site. The easiest way to get going is likely using FTP to publish your site, unless you are using a system like WordPress which publishes content automatically.
