I do not have the knowledge base to do what you ask to change things. How long will I be locked out ? It just says I am locked out ??

Hello,

Sorry that you're locked out of cPanel. If you are the account owner then you can contact our live technical support team to help you resolve the login issue. If you access to your AMP account, you can always access cPanel there as well. Ultimately, the live support team will be the best way to regain access if you require it. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
