Our sample request form does not work.
When someone visits our website and sees a textbook they want to inspect. They should click on this message"If you would like an evaluation copy, please Click here." on the left hand side of the page. This then sends the user to a form. This form then should be filled out and the send button clicked. After the send button is clicked this message comes up."Application Error
