Hello,

Thank you for submitting a question regarding email settings. This will depend on whether or not you are using SSL or non-SSL, but of course we recommend using SSL always. The settings for your individual account will vary slightly with your hostname. We have a full guide regarding how to setup email for Outlook 2013 which will be very similar to the 2016 setup. This guide also includes where you can find the settings you will need.
