How to make sure autoback is running?

Where are the backups stored? How can I verify they are being run, and is taking backups? I would like to see where those files are

Hello,

Out backup servers are not viewable by customers. They can only be accessed by our support and systems teams as they are internal. They are able to restore backups upon request. If you need any restorations, simply contact our Live Support team for assistance.

Also, backup restorations are only for customers who have signed up for the backup service. If you have not signed up, then the files are not being backed up and cannot be restored.
