Activation e-mail not received

This is the second time I ask this, I have registered and paid for a new domain and haven't received the activation email. It has been more than 24 hours now. I submitted a question here 2 hours after the purchase, and now 24 hours later I haven't received neither the activation email nor an answer.

I checked your account and see that the confirmation team attempted to reach out to you yesterday but were unable. We also replied to the first question approx an hour after it was asked.
