Accidentally deleted sent items folder

I accidentally deleted the sent items folder, rather than just the emails. Is there a way of getting this back as it is very important for me to be able to see the items I have sent.

Hello Lisa,

Sorry for the problem with the deleted sent items folder. You will need to contact our live technical support team (contact information is at the bottom of the page). They can look at the server and see if that information can be recovered. Typically, if you have not purchased the backup option for your account, then there is no backup. However, there is still a slim possibility that they can recover it for you, so please contact our live support team for that purpose. You will be required to verify your account, so make sure to have that information in order to get your support issues addressed immediately.
