Get mail server from a horde webmail

I'm trying to set up my mail app with my mail account but it doesn't work from internet. I know that my mail provider has a horde webmail but as I'm not the owner I can't see the email server. What can I do? There is any chance to get the incoming imap mail server (and also the smtp) from the link of the website?

Hello,

Thanks for submitting a question about email. If you are the account owner, you can access all of the SMTP information from the cPanel or from your Account Management Panel. Let us know if you have any trouble finding that information and which part specifically you are getting stuck on.
