Webmail Log in as Elite14?

When I go to webmail, it has me logged in as Elite14. I can find emails sent to dawn@elitetacticalsystem.com, however, I don't know how the Elite14 is attached to my account and I also cannot send out an email either

Hello Elite Tactical,

Your browser is probably auto-logging you in as "Elite14". You can get around this by using a different URL for Webmail. Try using the following URL for webmail instead:

webmail.elitetacticalsystem.com

You will need to login to webmail with your full email address - so it will be something like: somebody@elitetacticalsystem.com.
