Best way to start a video blog

I want to make a video-blog website where I can post videos and visitors can post comments. What's the best and easiest way to get this done?

Great question! I would recommend using WordPress. It's great software for creating a blog (and almost any type of website). Comments from users is built-in to the core of the software, and you can upload media (including videos) as well.
