Am having trouble up-loading (product & category) files to my prestashop software ver 1.6, website store. In the import csv section, The software tells me to match data configs then a dropdown list appears with multiple choices to chose from, now (by accident) after 12 tries, it finally took the files but I wound-up with 1015 categories, then, I couldn't get the (products category) to load the products category with product files. Yes, im fairly new at this. Please advise to kennyjames. Thank You!!!
