URL without www

Hello Community

I have a question how do I set it so that One doesn't have to use the (www.) to access the website

currently the following work:

www.url.net
url.net
www.forums.url.net

though this does not work
forums.url.net

Hello ALlar,

Thank you for your question regarding your url and domain name. The www before your domain name in your URL is actually a CNAME for your domain name. Unless you have a custom DNS record setup for www to point elsewhere, www.url.net should work the same as url.net. If DNS changes were recently made (Nameservers changed, etc.) then it can take 4-24 hours for those changes to propagate.
