I have deleted some post and now google web master tools show me 40 not found (404) page!
and my question is that how could i redirect all my 404 pages to the home pages with .htaccess file.

You may indeed redirect any 404 pages. To do so, you would want to set up a custom error page which is directed to your home page that you want displayed.
