when I try to use multiple image uploader java is giving security warning, I chose to block but then was told not to block but now it isn't working at all, was told I would have to use ftp to upload, downloaded filezilla and managed to find and upload image files to my public folder but now I don't know how to get them onto my page. Customer support seems to insist I can use the multiple uploader to do this but I can't

rsaphotos,

Thank you for your question. I first recommend making sure you are running the latest version of Java, you can confirm this by using their Java test tool.

You should then be able to use the tool, you will however get a security warning due to the way the browser uses Java to connect. It is okay to allow this, when you are uploading images.

You cannot upload images to the Builder Image gallery from FTP, since they must be uploaded to the Builder first, then they are published to your server in Step 5.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

thanks john and yes latest version, I had to un-install it and re-install because once you click on block apparently it isn't reversible but i was able to upload a few images
thanks again
