I was using Wordpress for developing by website, but I found it too difficult to format to my liking. So I am now using iWeb, but am having problems publishing. I created a new FTP server at your site with a valid password, but everytime I try to publish from iWeb (regardless of ftp, sftp, etc.), everything is entered correctly, but it still says that the password I entered is incorrect. I am frustrated with this major blockage to move forward with creating my website. I also use Cyberduck if that means anything; trying to figure that all out too. But iWeb should publish it instantly with all the info I have given from my FTP account info. Please help.

Hello sndemars,

Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting via FTP.

Check your FTP settings in cPanel first. Choose FTP accounts under the Files section, and to the right click Configure FTP Client. It will drop-down and provide the correct settings.

If your problems persist, I recommend contacting support so they can check the logs.

They are available 24/7 via:
Email: support@webhostinghub.com
Phone: 877-595-4482 x2
&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
