how do i get back on the google search engine after my site was hacked i hae removed the htaccess file hackers code

Hi hismail,

If your site was hacked and you fell in Google's search results because of it, you'll want to submit your website for reconsideration. This will require that you have a Google Webmaster's account, so if you don't, be sure to first sign up for a Google Webmasters account.
