Hello, Sorry for the problem with installing the Joomla extension. In researching this, I found this post in the Joomla Support forums. Please review the information as they you give you a few possible fixes. The last one is important - make sure that you login as an admin, go to System>Global Configuration>Server>Path to Temp Folder. Make sure that path is valid.
