horde email distribution list
Having created a distribution list I want to send an email to everyone in the list but so they cannot see who else is in the list. So I tried to insert the name of my distribution list in the Bcc field, but it wasn't accepted.
Should I be able to do put a distribution list in Bcc?
If I put it in the To field would it show everyone all the other recipients?

Good afternoon, Typically, you will need to use an email list program like PHPMailer or Mailchimp. You can't send emails using BCC using a distribution list. Yes, if you list the emails in the To: field it will display to everyone on the list. I hope this helps! Thanks! Tim |
