It appears that there is an issue within your theme in which it is attempting to use a PHP variable that has not yet been defined. Have you made any changes within your theme that may have caused this? If this is a fresh theme installation, I recommend trying to reinstall it. If that does not work, I recommend speaking with the developer of the theme for more information.
