Hello Druce, If you're working with a Microsoft product, it's best that you work with their documentation for an application feature like this one. I did a search in Google for you and here's a good link from Microsoft on this topic: How to use the out of Office Assistant in Outlook If you want to use our auto-responder option, you need to login to the Cpanel, and select "auto-responder", the instructions are listed on the screen there.
