Error logging into website builder

Premium Website Builder
I have tried to log in to the web builder and every time it gives me this error message (below). I have tried a few months ago and then again today. I am not sure why I am having connectivity issues to my Builder account but I really need to update my website soon. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but are currently experiencing connectivity issues to your Builder account. Please try again shortly."

Sorry for the problems with logging into the Premium Web Builder application. Try the different ways of logging into the builder as indicated in this article. If the problem recurs then please contact our live technical support team via phone/chat/email (contact info is at the bottom of the page).
