I am unable to reset my sitebuilder password

I have two problems actually. First every time I try to access my site builder, I ALWAYS have to reset my password because it does not retain it. For months, I just always reset it to the same password, it lets me in, I make my changes and the next time, I have to go through the same thing.
Second problem is that now it will not let me reset the password. Although it shows the strength as 'good' it gives me the message "Password could not be updated". It does not tell me why.

Hello RC30188,

I am unable to duplicate the issue from here at this time. I would like to be able to log into your AMP and attempt it with the same username and password you are using. I could simply reset the AMP to do it, but I do not wish to upset your current password.

If you would not mind, you can send that to me (you may change it to a temp password if you like) at docs@webhostinghub.com As we do not actively monitor that address for incoming mail, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent so I can troubleshoot the issue in a timely manner.
