Error: This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts

Premium Website Builder
I click on "Go to Install" for the Premium Web Builder, it takes me to the screen that says it will be added to my account, listing my domain name, I click on Next and it gives me a message saying: "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts." What do I need to do? I signed up for Web Hosting Hub with the intent to use Premium Web Builder to build my website. Thanks for the help.

Got my answer. The support people had to manually set it up.

Hello MusicS,

Thank you for letting us know your problem is resolved. Sometimes when the Builder is setup, there can be a problem creating the account.

For other people who may find this question:

Usually when you get this error, it is because you have installed the Builder already.

You can reset the Builder password from AMP, which should allow you to login successfully.

If you want a license for an additional domain, you can request one from AMP.

Also keep in mind that there are over 280 other programs included in Softaculous, that you can design your website with.
