How do I reset my drop down menu at top of page with all the categories, after upgrading to 1.6

Hello,

Your question is fairly vague so I do not have a ready answer off the top of my head. I would need more information in order to assist. For example, are there any modules or themes that need to be upgraded? What modules or themes are activated that affect this area? Are any of the modules or theme premium (paid for)? If so, the developers may need to be contacted as to the malfunction. We will not be able to test any premium themes or modules. In our testing working with the default theme and modules have not displayed that issue.
