Error when configuring Canada Post in Prestashop

i am trying to configure canada post rates calculator but im receiving error message
Prestashop could not connect to Canada Post webservices :
Webservice test connection : Error -2001 : Merchant CPC Id not found on server.

While I do not have much experience with Canada Post webservices, I was able to find the solution to your issue on Google in which it looks like you need an additional service. You will be able to find this information at the following page of the Prestashop forums:

thank you very much that helped alot other issue i wanted to ask you about is the black box in the bottom of the website www,freekishop.com that contains my account , contact inforrmation and category ,i want to remove that category part there but dont know how ,can you please help me with that
