Can't log into builder

I can't seem to log in to builder. I'm using the link from the AMP "Work in Control Panels" page. I plug in my cPanel username and my AMP password, and it does not let me log on. I reset the password to a new one, and it still does not work. It goes to a site reading "Log in to Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.0 for Linux/Unix" at the top, and says that I have an invalid username/password.

Hello Stevehan83,

It appears that you may be using the wrong User name. Try using landma13. You can reset this password in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under the section called Account and Billing detais - (login to ADMIN section again to see further account details).

I have problem with the site builder. I can't seem to see any features that I could use to build the site. It appears that I do not have the Plesk sitebuilder. I was prompted to sign in to Plesk but each time I put in my AMP username and password, it appear that the username and password are invalid. How do I sign up for one?

Hello LindaL,

The AMP login is your email address; but you will login to the Builder with your cPanel Username.

The Builder password can also be reset from AMP.

If you are using IE and the Builder is not displaying correctly, you may have to use Compatibility view.
