I put my paypay information into the web builder screens but Paypal still does not work. How do I integrate Paypal and the paypal shopping cart into the premium web builder? If I put the script for the paypal buttons in the script module will that fix it? Also, My Eshop is on page 8. Is that the page I go to install the script module (blue bar) and put in the paypal button codes and will this take care of every item in my eshop? I need to get this fixed over the labor day weekend. Help!!

I already went into the Eshop payment system and checked paypal and put my paypal email address. When you bring up the shopping cart and click continue (to go to a payment page) nothing happens. There is some kind of disconnect in that process. Any ideas?

Hello Susan,

Just to respond to the new part of your question, about the eShop Payment System. Have you published your website since adding in the additional Payment options? I added the Paypal to my own Premium Web Builder, published it, and I was able to go through the entire payment process. Some features, such as the script module and the payment systems, only work after the site is published on the web and not in the preview.

If you have published it and it does not work, if you can provide the domain in the comments below I'd be happy to look into the issue further for you and see where the disconnect may be.

Hello Susan,

I'll be happy to help you! The Premium Web Builder allows for two ways to integrate PayPal into your website. The first way is to add your PayPal email account in the eShop itself. On the <a href='http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/premium-website-builder/203-setting-up-eshop/payment-systems' target='_blank'>Payment Systems tab in the Web Builder</a>, check the box next to PayPal and add your paypal email address. Then when a customer pays for the item, it will take them directly to your business/merchant account at the email address that you provided in the Payment Systems. With this method it will simplify the process for the customer, but it won't have the Paypal Shopping Cart icon on the eShop.

You can also on any other page use the Script Module to add the Paypal button. However, it will be separate from the eShop, as the eShop page does not have the option to add in the Shopping Cart script. So the Script Module unfortunately can't be used within the eShop itself.

I hope I answered your question about the different options to adding Paypal to your eShop, but if you have any additional questions or I wasn't clear about something please let me know!
