Error message under Builder Confirmation

I followed the steps on this page and the Builder Confirmation says this:
"There was a problem setting up the builder for this subscription. Please contact support to resolve this issue."

This is the first time I'll use the site builder. I just started my account at around this time yesterday - could that be the reason?

Hello mingab,

Thank you for questions regarding the Builder. I reviewed your account and and see you contacted support and they were able to get this resolved over chat.

It looks like your Builder account was not created successfully from AMP, so when you contacted support they were able to complete the Builder set up manually.
