Is the site builder down?

In Edit Step 4, I don't see my web page. All I see is a small window of some html code in upper left. Is the site builder not working?

I logged into the Builder here using Firefox, and this is what I'm seeing:

What browser are you using? Are you getting any specific error messages? I'm currently seeing that it's working normally. Try closing the browser down and try clearing your browser cache.
