Password Invalid

Every time I try to log into Website Builder, it is saying that my password is invalid. When I click on Forget Password, none of the information I enter is working to bring up my information. When I click on the Reset Builder password, it says "cannot updated"

Hello Hoiorff,

I checked your account and checked the Builder server (it's not the same server as your hosting account), and found that your account didn't get automatically created (as it should have been). I had the account manually created. Note that your user name login to the account is hoiorf5 (your cpanel user name)- it is NOT the same as your Account Management Panel (AMP) user name.

The password has been set as the account owner's last name all in lower case. You can use this link to get to it, if you wish:
