Web builder installation error -

I installed builder and it said it had an error while installing. I tried installing again and I get a message that I have already used it and cannot install it again. Please help!

Sorry to hear that the Builder did not setup successfully for you. I can understand how frustrating this can be.

After review, I did identify an issue on our end. I have setup the Builder successfully and emailed the login information to you.

I also submitted a bug report to our development team to further investigate this issue.
