Recently I moved my website from MediaTemple to WHH. I then tried to transfer the domain but the admin contact was not correct.

I changed the admin contact to me and unlocked the domain. I then waited a few weeks to allow the domain transfer request to fail so I could try it again. Now, when I put the domain in to start a transfer in AMP, I get the message "Domain already exists in the account".

I have double checked and the domain is still with MediaTemple. I have also double checked to make sure that I am the admin contact and the domain is unlocked.

Please advise on what I should do. Thanks.

Hello bullmandesign,

It does appear that you have received notice of the fdailed transfer, yet the name is still showing as pending. Our support team can initiate the transfer manually for you.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Additionally, please include the domain name and the auth code for submission.

Best Regards,
Scott M
