I want to transfer from Webs to Wix

I had a premium subscription on Webs, which came along with a free domain. Both of which have expired. I now want to transfer the domain (although expired, is still registered with Webs) to Wix. I'm not sure what is happening right now. It says my DNS records are incorrect. I dont know if this is because I dont own the domain, or if I just need to wait a little longer for it all to pull through. Please tell me whats happening.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with moving your account from Webs to Wix. We unfortunately are a separate company from either of those two hosting companies. You will need to speak with your current host service in order to move from one location to another.
